How to Find Jobs in Thailand

Job sites offer many opportunities to the jobseeker, but not all of them will be suitable for every candidate. A job seeker can find jobs by location, category, industry, or company name. Those looking for a position in the United States can look at Indeed.com, which has thousands of job offers and is also expanding globally. The site also has a search engine where jobseekers can find jobs that match their skills and experience.

The job seeker can apply for a license to work overseas if they meet certain criteria. The Central Employment Registrar grants these licenses, which must meet specific conditions and criteria. In addition, the licensee must provide the job seeker with security for their trip. This can be done through a security deposit. The money for travel, accommodation, meals, and other necessary expenses is accepted by the Central Employment Registration Office. But there are certain restrictions.

However, if a jobseeker is working abroad and remits his or her money to the Fund, they can continue to receive benefits under section 53. However, it is important to note that the benefits from the Fund are only applicable for five years after the employment contract.

The Ministerial Regulations may prescribe criteria, procedure, and conditions for skill testing conducted by state agencies. The test supervisor must act impartially and according to the criteria prescribed by the Director-General of the Department of Skill Development. He or she must not take benefits from the jobseeker for performing the test. It is also important to note that the test supervisor must act in accordance with the criteria set by the Ministerial Regulations.
